Anette Åkerlund is a versatile singer and dance artist. She has studied flamenco singing in depth but also performs her family’s songs, traditional Finnish Romani songs. This year, the celebration of the Roman National Day, which has already become a tradition at the Sello Hall, will be spent with Anette Åkerlund and her friends. During the evening, Anette will talk about the history of the Roman in Finland and perform with her band, which includes flamenco guitarist Joonas Widenius, violinist Lotta-Maria Heiskanen, and percussionist Ricardo Padilla.
The concert is organized in collaboration with Sellosali and the Espoo Romani Association.
